Who doesn't love 90s pop? Well, maybe if you were into the rock and roll scene at that time (the 90s grunge scene also produced some excellent music, and led to my future husband Dave Grohl's eventual evolution to Foo Fighters front-man after a successful period as Nirvana's drummer), but there was something just so fun about the wave of boy bands and bubble gum fresh pop that hit in the 1990s. Yuya Matsushita once again echoes the sensibilities of the decade in his song "Beautiful Days," which harkens back to the sugar rush and up-beat air of the less techno/dubstep days of yore. Looks like Dave Grohl has some competition in the future-husband-to-be market...
